Meditation is a practice of focus, focus of the mind. That sounds pretty simple right? So why is it so confusing trying
to figure out where to begin? Maybe you are even wondering if meditation is right for you. Well, the first question you
need to answer for yourself is what am I trying to accomplish?
It has been my experience that learning to focus and control the mind is the first step to finding a profound
sense of inner peace and calmness; which does wonders for lowering the effects of stress on the body and mind.

When you are new to meditation you will find that a lot of information on the internet can be very confusing.
It is very difficult to determine which may work for you and there are costs and commitments involved with some of them; so this site was
developed to help you take those first steps into learning the basics of meditation and the power of your own mind.
The meditations on this site are not based on any religion or spiritual belief systems and are proven beginner meditations which will
help you find the right fit to get started.
